In 2018, there was an explosive growth in the number of glampings
According to Grand View Research, the global glamping market was valued at $2.1 billion in 2018 and is projected to reach $4.8 billion by 2025, growing at an average rate of 12.5% from 2019 to 2026.
Booking.com and Airbnb.com feature nearly 1000 glamping locations worldwide, with accommodation costs ranging from $80 to $2-3 thousand per night.
Based on user surveys, luxury glamping sites appear to be the most promising. The high price reflects the opportunity to stay in extraordinary locations while being in close contact with nature.
OUR MARKET
In our first year, we plan to operate in the markets of Spain and Portugal. These countries have a higher tourist flow and numerous locations suitable for placing our residential modules.
Gradually, we aim to expand into France, Italy, Greece (specifically Crete), and Cyprus.

The house is suitable for living in any climate (from -45 to +45 degrees Celsius).

Thanks to insulation and anti-UV glazing, it effectively retains coolness inside.
Our houses are equipped with modules developed internally by our team.

Each module includes a bed, a bathroom, an entrance area, and a mini kitchen.
Currently, we are also developing other types of modules.
All our residential modules are made from moisture-resistant plywood and are cut using CNC machines, which helps to avoid errors in manufacturing parts and achieve simplicity and high assembly speed. Each dome can be assembled by two people (without special training) using just a screwdriver and a rubber mallet.
Additionally, we have developed a platform-terrace for the house, which is also made from plywood and can be assembled in just a few hours.
All our structures are not considered fundamental buildings and therefore do not require special permits for installation.

They can easily be installed in any natural, beautiful, and remote location using screw piles (helical piles).
Retail Price
The cost depends on the package configuration, type of roof, installation requirements, and other factors.

A minimum 100% profit margin is achieved through in-house production and the use of materials sourced from China, significantly reducing production costs.

We are ready to take on all construction and production processes and build for the client a complex or retreat center "turnkey".

Our engineers will design water and electricity supply systems, septic tanks, recreation areas, technical zones, and more.

The implementation timeframe for such a project is approximately 4-6 months (depending on our workload and the client's requirements).

  • They design similar structures but use wood instead of plywood, which increases production costs and reduces the lifespan of the residential module.

Our marketing strategy and our target audience

We have developed several key development strategies:

  1. Selling residential modules to individuals for installation on their own plots as guest houses, saunas, gazebos, or temporary homes while their main house is being built.
  2. Glamping. We plan to both open our own glamping sites and offer turnkey glamping solutions for investors with the option of fractional ownership.
  3. Selling residential modules for short-term rentals. This option is suitable for people who own land where one or several domes can be placed. We also handle all regulatory paperwork and partner with clients to facilitate this process.
  4. Upgrading existing glamping sites. Many dome-based glamping sites in Europe use standard Chinese domes with aluminum frames and PVC covers that lose their appearance within three years. We offer to replace these with our own domes. Installation terms are negotiated individually.
