Do you deliver modular homes across Europe?
Yes. OMSPACE works with projects in different European countries. The delivery method and cost, as well as installation, are confirmed individually according to the location and selected model.
How long do production and installation take?
Production usually takes 40–90 days, depending on availability and the level of customization. On-site assembly of the structure usually takes 7–10 days.
Does the house need a concrete foundation?
Most installations use ground screws, so a conventional concrete foundation is not required. The final solution depends on the site conditions and the project.
What can the domes be used for?
They can be used as homes, glamping accommodation, tourist rentals, hotel rooms, offices, studios, intimate restaurants, or spaces for retreats and events.
Which sizes and prices are available?
Current models are D6 at 30 m² from €27,500, D7 at 49 m² from €32,500, D8 at 64 m² from €45,500 and D10 at 110 m² from €65,500. The final price depends on configuration, delivery and installation.
Which permits do I need?
Requirements depend on the country, municipality and type of land. We recommend checking local regulations before purchase; OMSPACE can provide the technical information needed to assess the project.
